Welcome to Cloud Course!


These terms and conditions govern your use of Cloud Course and provide information about the Cloud Course services below. By creating a Cloud Course account, you automatically agree to these terms.


Any disputes or conflicts that arise between you and us, Cloud Course, will be settled through the use of an arbitrator.


Cloud Course Services


We agree to provide you with the Cloud Course Service. The Service includes all of the Cloud Course products, applications, features, services, and technology that we provide to further the Cloud Course mission: advancing education to enhance education by providing a platform through which you can create and find courses to share knowledge.


Course Creation. Cloud Course provides you with a platform to create and display courses. Through the courses you create, we, Cloud Course, look to further our mission by providing you with the platform to share your knowledge.

Course Registration. Through Cloud Course, people will be able to register for the courses you create. However, all further management of the course will be handled outside of the Cloud Course services. Let it be noted that Cloud Course is solely a platform for you to publish your courses and increase convenience for any possible registrants of your course.


Your Commitments


In return for our commitments to provide you with the Cloud Course Service, we ask for you to make the commitments listed below to us. Any violation of the commitments below can result in a restriction from our services and/or legal penalties.


Who can use Cloud Course. Cloud Course is open to any person with the desire to share knowledge. However, there are a few restrictions to becoming a user that are detailed below.

> You must be at least 13 years old.
> You must not have a previously disabled account.


How you can't use Cloud Course. ​In order to create a safe educational environment, it is important that you and all users follow a set of guidelines. Any violation of these guidelines can result in restriction from our services and/or legal penalties.

You can't impersonate others or provide incorrect information. Through the use of Cloud Course, the courses you create are publicly displayed to people in search of enhancing their education. In order to ensure that no one is misleaded, it is required that all course information and personal information (that we request) is correct as to your knowledge. Any information that is proven to be incorrect or misleading will result in your immediate restriction.

You can't abuse the information provided to you. When a person registers for your course, they provide an email through which you can contact them. You may not, in any circumstance, share this email with any third party. In addition, you may not spam the email a registrant provides. Any abuse of the information provided will result in your immediate restriction and can lead to further legal implications.

You can’t do anything unlawful, misleading, or fraudulent and can’t do anything for an illegal or unauthorized purpose.

You can’t do anything to interfere with or impair the intended operation of the Service.


Permissions you give to us. As a part of our agreement, you give us certain permissions in handling your data. You can read more about this in our Privacy Policy.


Updating These Terms


We may change our Service and our policies at any given time. If any changes our made, we, Cloud Course, will provide you a notice through email, to provide you the opportunity to review the changes before they become effective. If you object to any changes you may request to close your account at any time.
